Each of our locations has different pricing structures. We design our services with our transportation and advertiser partners, and work to keep our services as affordable as possible.
To see if a market has a fare:
- On the app: Scroll to the location in the location list and click the “i” icon. If there is a fare, you will see a list of location prices under the map
- On our website: Go to your location and scroll down to Service Info. If there is a fare, it will say so in that section.
No cost to ride Location
In many of our markets, you and your friends can catch a ride at no cost to you. With the support of our partners and advertisers, your rides are free.
Paid Locations
Some of our markets have a nominal fare, which helps improve efficiency and keep the service running.
Prices may vary by number of passengers and pick-up or drop off locations. In locations that have variable pricing, you will be shown the range of ride costs on the location information page.
You will always be shown the cost of your ride before your request is formally made.
Tipping
Tips for drivers are appreciated but never required and are completely at your discretion.
In order to ensure that your driver receives 100% of their tip, we cannot enable app tipping in all our markets. If you would like to tip your driver, but it is not available in your location, we welcome you to tip with cash.
Promotional Codes
Circuit or its partners may offer promotional codes at various times to riders in our Paid Locations.
You must already have a payment method inputted on your account to use a promotional code, even if the promotional code covers the entire value of your requested ride.
How to enter a promotional code:
- Open the location in which you want to add a promotional code. Our promotional codes are tied to specific locations, and cannot be applied across multiple locations.
- Click the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen then click Payments on the side navigation bar.
- Under Payment Method, click "Add Promocode" and enter the given promotional code.
- Promo codes are case sensitive.
- You can only activate one promotional code at a time per location.
- Promotional code value will be added to your next applicable ride(s).
