Rider and Driver Ratings
To better serve our community, riders and drivers have the opportunity to rate one another from 1 to 5 stars based on the Circuit ride experience. 5 stars is the best! Ratings are anonymous making both riders and drivers accountable for their behavior. Was the rider rude and disrespectful? Was the vehicle clean and the driver friendly? Circuit reviews the ratings to maintain a safe, respectful and pleasant environment for riders and drivers. Riders with consistently low ratings may be warned and/or forfeit the privilege of being allowed to use Circuit services. Drivers with low ratings will be reviewed by Circuit and appropriate action will be taken. The rating tool allows Circuit to provide the quality experience that you expect from us.
Rider and Driver/Service Satisfaction rating scale, with 5 being the best:
5. Circuit is the best!
4. A good experience.
3. I've had better rides.
2. I did not enjoy this ride.
1. There was a major problem
Pets in Circuit Vehicles
We love having pets along for the ride but welcome them at the discretion of the Driver and the other passengers in the vehicle. In some jurisdictions, only service animals are allowed to ride. Please speak with your Driver when they arrive to confirm it is acceptable.
Dogs must be leashed and can ride on the lap of the rider or the floor between the rider’s legs; all other pets must be carried in a small closed container on the lap of the rider or the floor between the rider’s legs. All pets must remain inside the vehicle at all times.
Violations of the pet policy can result in the rider and their pet being required to vacate the vehicle per the direction of the driver or further discipline to the rider including banning of non-service animals for repeat violations.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals are defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as “any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.” Animals that meet this definition are considered service animals under the ADA regardless of whether they have been licensed or certified by a state or local government. Riders traveling with a service animal should notify the Driver immediately upon boarding.
