At Circuit, our mission is to build up communities through mobility. BrentwoodGo, powered by Circuit in collaboration with NYSERDA, is changing how people move around—providing affordable, sustainable, and convenient rides while creating jobs for locals who know the community best.
At the heart of BrentwoodGo are Circuit’s Driver Ambassadors—people like Andy A., Kelvin R., and Richard F who aren’t just giving rides but shaping the way their town connects. At Circuit, we use background-checked, employee drivers hired locally. We value our team and our riders value the safety and professionalism of our Drive ambassadors.
Brentwood Driver Ambassadors—Andy A, Kelvin R. and Richard F.
For Richard, who has lived on Long Island most of his life, becoming a Driver Ambassador was a chance to give back. “Being a part of my community’s daily routine resonated with me the most,” he says. “I love making people laugh and ensuring their commute is enjoyable.” BrentwoodGo is designed and operated by locals, for locals. In fact, over half of BrentwoodGo riders are residents of Brentwood or one of the neighboring towns, like Commack.
Andy, a longtime Brentwood resident, was drawn to Circuit’s all-electric fleet. “The sustainability aspect was important to me,” he shares. But it’s more than that—he enjoys serving his passengers, particularly those from the shelter on Moreland Road. “They’re great people, and I like helping them get where they need to go.”
Kelvin, who moved to Long Island from Brooklyn, was drawn to the company’s mission of making transportation more accessible. “I love making someone’s day better with something as small as a ride,” he explains.
“My favorite part is helping people enjoy their time while they are on their commute. One of the professors from Suffolk Community College told me I was making their commute to work more reliable and more enjoyable”
The impact of BrentwoodGo stretches far beyond just getting from point A to point B. Riders are saving money—sometimes as much as $50 a week. They’re able to get to work, school, and appointments without worrying about transportation costs. And the best part? The drivers are their neighbors, creating a community-driven experience where every ride feels personal. Including Kevin, Andy, and Richard, we’ve created over 10 Driver Ambassador jobs in the area!

BrentwoodGo isn’t just about transportation—it’s about connection, community, and sustainability, saving 12 metric tons of GHG emissions since the launch of the service in September 2024. As the service continues to grow, so does its impact on the people who call Brentwood home.
