As we say goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024, we want to celebrate all the great things that Circuit accomplished with our riders, advertisers and partners.
Our Impact
Circuit has a lot to celebrate from 2023! Through our work with large corporate and city customers, we continued to strengthen our reputation as a leader in the last-mile mobility space. As we expand our services, we provide more rides and create a bigger impact, while staying true to our mission of making transportation easier, greener, and more affordable.
We launched new services in CA, NY, NJ, MA, WA, DC and FL which added over 100 new, local Circuit employee jobs.
We moved over 1.5 million riders across the country. Circuit made it easy for people to connect to their communities with our affordable and eco-friendly services. Our top five pick-up and drop-off spots across all our services were grocery stores, transit, recreational areas, retail & restaurants, and offices.
Circuit helped over 40 communities in 8 states prevent over 1000 metric tons of CO2 emissions from entering the atmosphere, supported local businesses, and addressed mobility gaps by removing access barriers for some of the community's most vulnerable populations.
Exciting Highlights
We launched new services with the City of West Palm Beach, and joined the WPBGo Mobility Coalition to improve access in Downtown West Palm Beach.
Our Fort Lauderdale service moved over 200,000 riders!
Circuit drivers make the ride special, earning a 4.9 average ride rating this year.
Enhanced our app with updates to our pooling algorithm and wait time indicators.
We launched our first service in the Nation’s Capital with our partnership with SWBID!
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) joined our partnership in Dallas to fill transit gaps in the historically underserved community of West Dallas.
We rode with San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria, met with US Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, and were honored for our work helping Fort Lauderdale flood victims.
We launched our first attribution test to study our impacts on a fashion brand’s summer campaign. Read more about it in our case study here.
